2019     Artistic Achievement Award – Chicago National Association of Dance Masters

  • The CNADM celebrated its 107th anniversary as one of the nation’s oldest dance organizations at their annual summer workshop that attracts over 1,000 students and teachers.I received the organization’s Artistic Achievement Award, which in previous years has honored Gene Kelley, Gelsey Kirkland, Jacques d’Amboise, Brenda Bufalino, Fernando Bujones, Honi Coles, and Gus Giordano, among others.

 

2016     French Embassy – Grant recipient

  • I received an extremely competitive $20,000 two-year grant in late-2015 from the from the French Embassy.2016 was the first year of the award distribution and was used toward student scholarship and cost-deferrals for the USF Dance in Paris Semester Program.
